Judith is a coach, facilitator, and cultural intelligence trainer with 25+ years of experience in social work, mental health, and community development across Sweden and Paraguay. Originally from the UK, she’s navigated her own deep transitions—from cross-cultural moves to widowhood and a recent cancer diagnosis—which has shaped her ability to create safe, purpose-driven spaces for others.
As a PCC-certified coach (ICF), Judith specialises in helping individuals and teams embrace change, reconnect with their “why,” and show up with courage and clarity—especially during life’s uncertain seasons.
Rooted in her Christian faith, Judith is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where everyone has a voice. A proud mom of three, she finds joy in family, friends, improvisational theatre, and watching others step into their full potential.
Her coaching is guided by three powerful questions:
- What do you want to build your life on?
- How do you want to make an impact in moments like this?
- What’s your “Why”? What drives you and gives your life meaning?
