I embarked on my coaching and mentoring journey in 2017, initially focusing on empowering professionals within large international corporations. This seamlessly complemented my roles as a team leader and manager, where I supported both individual and team growth.

In pursuit of a deeper commitment to coaching, I completed solution-focused training at the Erickson Coaching School, earning my certification as an Erickson Professional Coach. Alongside this, I am honored to be a coach at the Humanitarian Center of Novi Sad, an organization active since 1998, where I provide guidance and support.

Additionally, I serve as a mentor in a national initiative, helping young adults aged 20-25 find clarity in their career paths. As an NLP Master and a dedicated student of Transactional Analysis, I am passionate about helping others unlock their potential and create meaningful change in their lives.
