My name is Phyllis M. Weaver, an entrepreneur and a proud mother of two miracle adult sons. My roots lie in Hampton, Virginia, and after spending most of my adult life in North Carolina, I returned to my hometown in the fall of 2021. My journey has been guided by a strong faith in The Most High, a belief that has been instrumental in shaping my life and career.
With over 35 years of experience as a registered pharmacist, my passion for helping people achieve their best health has only grown stronger. I am the founder of Discover Ultimate Health LLC. On this platform, I offer strategies, tools, and accountability for women to conquer type 2 diabetes, lifestyle-induced chronic illnesses, and address mental health issues associated with trauma and chronic illness. My academic background includes a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in biology, complemented by various certifications in Transformational Health and Life Coaching, Advanced Nutrition, diabetes, and fitness. I am a proud business advocate with multiple health and wellness organizations, and have been fortunate to share my knowledge on numerous platforms. I am a published scientific writer and the author of the book "Reverse Diabetes Now: The Proven 365 Day Technique! " My latest venture, "Inspired By Mary" (formerly "Oh Wow Wellness Creations"), is a product line designed to offer comfort, care, and relaxation at your leisure. My signature Mary's Body Butter has helped with eczema, circulation, and muscle pain and aches, to name a few.
My commitment to serving my community extends beyond my professional endeavors. I am deeply involved in projects that are close to my heart, including the establishment of a non-profit business aimed at supporting homeless women and children affected by domestic violence.
I am open to speaking engagements on topics related to mental health, diabetes, and domestic violence. I have been featured in various magazines and received honors such as "Top 20 Impactful Women in 2025," and Alignable's" Local Business Person" for 2024 and 2025. I have been a guest speaker at the West Virginia Causecon to benefit the Women's Center initiatives. My business, PhylMar Enterprises, includes real estate investing and other ventures. In addition, I play the piano and guitar and am an aspiring voice-over artist. Lastly, I enjoy mentoring young people and offering my ear and assistance.
