Short Bio Driven by a desire to break a family legacy of chronic disease, Michelle began her wellness journey in 2001. Her passion quickly grew into a deep exploration of the connection between nutrition and disease prevention. As Michelle and her family began incorporating whole food nutritional concentrates and making simple, sustainable changes, they experienced dramatic improvements in their health—solidifying her mission to help others reclaim their wellbeing.
Bio Over the past 22 years, Michelle has shared practical, proven strategies to improve immunity, reduce inflammation, boost energy, and protect both brain and gut health. She is a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, a Certified Women’s Health Instructor, and a Food Over Medicine Instructor with Wellness Forum Health.
Michelle is especially passionate about helping women who feel older than they are—supporting them in reducing inflammation, increasing energy, and confidently slowing the aging process. Through this lens, she became a Fast Like A Girl Certified Coach, offering coaching that supports better metabolic health and hormonal balance.
As she entered perimenopause and menopause herself, Michelle noticed that what once worked for her in her 30s and early 40s no longer delivered the same results.
