Bio I am Gricelda Brito, a Somatic Experiencing ® (SE™) Practitioner, SEP based in Southern California. I completed my three year Professional Certificate program in September 2024 through Somatic Experiencing ® (SE™) International. Additionally, I trained as a Trauma Resiliency Life Coach (TRLC) through The Arizona Trauma Training Institute accredited and globally recognized by Trauma Institute International. I have worked with survivors of trauma.
Trauma Resiliency Life Coaching will offer clients opportunities to understand the neurobiology of the nervous system, stress physiology, trauma responses, and gaining awareness on limiting beliefs. TRLC uses an asset focus, strength-based, trauma-informed approach, client led, and salutogenic approach to support client wellness. Somatic Coaching offers an opportunity for empowerment, embodiment and maximizing a client’s true potential in moving forward in life.
Somatic Life Coaching is a mind-body approach that empowers individuals become more aware of their bodily sensations, potentially leading to emotional and nervous system regulation, and a deeper understanding of their patterns and getting unstuck.
