Short Bio Authenticity coach and memoirist helping women rediscover the power of their voice. My journey from Guadeloupe to America taught me that home isn’t a place—it’s the courage to be fully yourself.
Bio Théma Angol is an Authentic Life Coach and the author of the upcoming memoir Coming Home, I Was So Afraid to Be Myself. Born in Guadeloupe and shaped by life in St. Martin and the United States, Théma brings a deeply personal lens to her work—one rooted in overcoming cultural displacement, religious expectations, and the silence imposed on many women of color.
Her memoir traces her journey from being a quiet observer to becoming a woman who reclaims her voice and authors her own life. Now, she helps other women do the same.
Through 1:1 coaching and group sessions, Théma guides high-achieving women back to their inner wisdom—supporting them to shed layers of conditioning and come home to who they truly are. Her message is simple yet radical: You are allowed to be fully yourself, and your voice matters.
She is currently building a global community of women ready to lead from within—with courage, clarity, and deep self-trust.
