Thoughts, Hormones, and Emotion
Here we look at our daily thoughts, understating that on an average we have 60,000 thoughts a day & 80% of these are negative.
Plus how these thoughts create hormones & emotions.
This shows us how we are wired to have a negative basis & ultimately why it is so easy to default to the negative.
Because what is happening in our thoughts, release a hormone which causes us to feel a certain kinda why & that causes us to have another thought.
So when we start the cycle of negative thoughts, it release negative hormones which make us feel negative & the cycle continues.
However if we can switch it to a positive thought, that will release a positive hormone & cause us to feel positive & that cycle continues, allowing us to break the negative basis.
