Know that if & when you experience these it is because a part of your belief system is being challenged & your mind doesn’t like anything that challenges this

It is a safety mechanism & one that is a great way to begin to see where there are areas in which you may need to pay more attention

What is a current belief I have about this?

And why am I resisting the material in front of me?

The more we ask ourselves probing questions the more answers we get about who we are, what we value & what our belief systems that are running the show of our lives are
