About Me: Conscious Parenting Coach with Dr Shefali and experienced emotional literacy coach, my aim is to help families talk about emotions without judgement. When children feel seen and heard they grow to be confident, healthy adults. Yet, as adults maybe as children we were not seen or heard and as a result have developed coping strategies and patterns that stop us from truly connecting with others. I created the Mood Munchers so everyone can understand that we are not our thoughts or our emotions - these are just passing Mood Munchers. When we acknowledge, allow and accept all emotions as OK, we can process them and not react from emotionality. Families have said that it has been a game changer to the way they communicate.
