About Me: Hi, I’m Melissa! Managing Principal and Lead Coach I founded Intrinsic Lead to support Millennial leaders and values-driven organizations by reducing burnout, building sustainable teams, and leading with clarity and confidence. I bring over a decade of experience across corporate, public, and philanthropic sectors, with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a background leading teams, evolving organizational systems, and managing executive-level programs. Early in my career, I directly supported Members of Congress and served as an executive assistant to Melinda Gates, managing complex calendars, priorities, and initiatives tied to health, wellness, and large-scale impact—work that sharpened my ability to operate and advise at the intersection of leadership, trust, and execution. As an internationally certified professional coach, my approach integrates energy leadership, mental fitness, and psychological safety to help leaders move out of overwhelm, self-doubt, and people-pleasing—and into clarity, confidence, and values-aligned action that actually feels sustainable.
