About Me

About Me: Judith Korsgren is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a certified Transitions Coach through Coaching.com, and a Cultural Intelligence Facilitator with Culturalq.com. With over 25 years of experience in social work, mental health, and community development across Sweden and Paraguay, she brings a wealth of real-world experience and a global perspective to her coaching. Originally from the UK, she’s worked in diverse communities and understands firsthand the importance of empathy, authenticity, and cultural awareness. With more than 700 coaching hours, she’s partnered with clients worldwide, helping them navigate personal and professional transitions with confidence. Her Christian faith inspires a deep belief in the inherent value of every person. She’s passionate about ensuring that every voice is heard and that everyone has a seat at the table. It’s not always the easiest path, but she firmly believes that we are always stronger when we come together. In Paraguay, she led initiatives empowering women through financial literacy and small business development, while also founding an after-school program for teenage girls to help them stay in school and realise their potential. She brings a modern, culturally intelligent perspective to organisations, teaching teams how to bridge differences with empathy and wisdom. She also offers life-purpose courses—designed for today’s fast-changing world—and trains leaders in foundational coaching skills, especially within faith-based organisations. Her work is all about shifting leadership culture and empowering people to sustain their impact, no matter their background or field. A proud widow and mother of three amazing individuals, she finds joy in life’s simple pleasures, like improvisational theatre and watching others step into their brilliance.
