SECTION 1 – INFORMATION WE COLLECT & HOW WE USE IT
When you purchase a product, register for a program, or otherwise engage with Millennial Life Coaches, LLC (“MLC”), we collect the personal details you share with us—such as your name, address, and email address—in order to process your transactions and provide the services you’ve requested.
When you browse our website, we automatically receive your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. This helps us understand your browser, operating system, and how you interact with our platform, so we can continue improving your experience.
Email Communication:
With your acknowledgment of this statement, you consent to receiving email updates from MLC regarding our platform, new offerings, and relevant announcements. By registering for an MLC-hosted or MLC-featured program, you also agree to receive communications from the associated program hosts or participating coaches.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do we obtain your consent?
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction—such as verifying a payment method, placing an order, or arranging a delivery—we understand that you are giving implied consent for us to collect and use that information for that specific purpose.
If we request your information for an additional purpose (such as marketing), we will either ask for your explicit permission or clearly provide an option for you to decline.
How do you withdraw your consent?
If at any point you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you or to continue collecting, using, or sharing your information. To withdraw consent, simply reach out to us at any time.
SECTION 3 – CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS
All content developed, produced, edited, or published by Millennial Life Coaches, LLC (“MLC”) — including media, podcast episodes, written materials, videos, event resources, directory content, promotional materials, and other digital resources — is the property of Millennial Life Coaches, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MLC content may not be copied, reused, republished, resold, redistributed, or modified without prior written permission from Millennial Life Coaches, LLC.
By submitting content, materials, bios, photos, logos, testimonials, interviews, recordings, written responses, or other information to MLC, users, members, guests, associates, contributors, and program partners grant MLC permission to review, edit, publish, feature, promote, and distribute that content across MLC platforms. This includes the MLC website, podcast, newsletters, social media channels, events, directories, media features, and promotional materials.
MLC may use professional editing tools and Artificial Intelligence-assisted tools to help edit, format, summarize, transcribe, enhance, adapt, and present submitted content. These tools may be used to improve clarity, readability, grammar, structure, search visibility, formatting, and alignment with MLC’s brand voice and professional standards.
Where a collaboration, partnership, membership, award application, guest appearance, event participation, directory listing, written acknowledgment, or formal acceptance of MLC’s terms or privacy policy has occurred, the submitting party grants MLC permission to feature, reference, edit, publish, and promote related content in connection with MLC’s platform, programs, media, and business activities.
Contributors retain ownership of their pre-existing personal or business intellectual property, including their name, likeness, brand, logo, biography, and original materials. However, by submitting materials to MLC, contributors grant MLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish, display, promote, and distribute those materials for MLC-related purposes.
Upon publication, submitted content becomes part of MLC’s published digital platform materials. MLC reserves the right to update, edit, archive, remove, excerpt, repurpose, or promote published content as needed for platform, media, marketing, educational, and community purposes.
No MLC media, podcast content, event materials, articles, directory content, or published platform resources may be used, copied, repurposed, sold, redistributed, or presented as another party’s work without express written consent from Millennial Life Coaches, LLC.
SECTION 4 – DISCLOSURE & PAYMENT SECURITY
We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Payment Processing
If you complete a purchase using a direct payment gateway, your credit card information may be securely stored and encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). Transaction data is retained only as long as needed to complete your purchase and is deleted afterward.
All direct payment gateways we use comply with PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). These standards ensure the secure handling of payment information.
SECTION 5 – SECURITY MEASURES
We take your privacy seriously and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from being lost, misused, accessed improperly, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide credit card details, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and protected through AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional security measures recognized as industry standard.

If Millennial Life Coaches, LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new ownership to ensure continued service.
