Melissa’s work is shaped by a broad, global perspective. An avid traveler who has visited all 50 U.S. states, she coaches clients worldwide and recently relocated from the Pacific Northwest to Costa Rica with her husband and four dogs.

As she looks toward 2026, Melissa’s focus remains clear: helping Millennials lead with self-trust, courage, and clarity, turning inner development into meaningful, lasting impact.
